Ayan Capital Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. How The Program Works
The Ayan Capital Referral Program (the "Program") rewards users who successfully refer new customers to Ayan Capital. The Referring User (the "Referrer") will receive £100, and the Referred User (the "Referee") will receive £50, upon a successful referral. A successful referral occurs when the Referee signs an Ijara wa Iqtina agreement with Ayan Capital. Rewards will be paid directly to the bank accounts provided by the Referrer and Referee.

2. A Referral Is
A referral is defined as the act of introducing a new customer to Ayan Capital who successfully enters into an Ijara wa Iqtina agreement. To qualify as a successful referral:

• The Referee must not be an existing or prior customer of Ayan Capital.

• The Referee must complete and sign an Ijara wa Iqtina agreement.

• The agreement must not be cancelled or disputed.

3. Rewards and Offers

• The Referrer will receive £100 per successful referral.

• The Referee will receive £50 upon signing the agreement.

• Rewards will be paid directly into the bank accounts provided by both parties.

4. Issuing of Rewards and Offers

• Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the Ijara wa Iqtina agreement being signed and verified.

• Both Referrers and Referees are responsible for providing accurate bank account information to receive their rewards.

• Ayan Capital reserves the right to verify the identity of participants before issuing rewards.

5. Privacy
All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Ayan Capital’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ayan.co.uk/privacy-policy. Under applicable laws and regulations, Ayan Capital shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

6. General
6.1. These Referral Terms are published by Ayan Capital Ltd ("we", “us”, or “our”). The Program and these Terms form a binding agreement for Referrers and Referees.
6.2. Referrers may invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, colleagues, or any individuals they meet who express genuine interest in Ayan Capital's services.
6.3. All referred individuals must be first-time users of Ayan Capital.

7. Restrictions
7.1. This Program cannot be combined with any other referral programs, discounts, or incentives provided by Ayan Capital.
7.2. Referrers must not use spam or unsolicited mass communication methods.
7.3. Referrals must not be shared on platforms related to Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Political Content, or illegal activities.
7.4. Referrers must not use automated systems or referral bots.
7.5. The Program is for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Term and Termination
8.1. The Program will run until a date specified by Ayan Capital. We may terminate or extend the Program at our discretion.
8.2. Referrals made before termination of the Program will still be eligible, subject to verification.
8.3. Ayan Capital may terminate participation at any time if a participant violates these Terms.

9. Exclusive Relationship
9.1. Participants acknowledge they are customers of Ayan Capital and not agents, partners, or affiliates.
9.2. Participants must not create materials using Ayan Capital’s branding or trademarks.

10. Privacy and Information
10.1. Referrers must respect the privacy of individuals they invite to the Program.
10.2. Referrers must inform invited individuals of these Terms and Ayan Capital’s Privacy Policy before sharing their information.

11. Amendments
Ayan Capital reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, including offering additional incentives or restricting benefits.

12. Violations and Termination
12.1. Ayan Capital reserves the right to cancel rewards if it suspects fraud, violations, or unreasonable use of the Program.
12.2. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Ayan Capital may be restricted from participation.

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification
13.1. The Program is provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties.
13.2. Participants agree to indemnify Ayan Capital against claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Program.

14. No Correspondence, Disputes, and Refunds
Rewards are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Ayan Capital will not respond to disputes or complaints regarding rewards.

15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
